State board of technical education and training released an important Notification on Telangana Diploma polytechnic that is Award of Diploma program.

 The Board decided to exempt the students up to 3 Subjects for C16S, C16, C14, C09, and C05 Such types of Applicants shall apply for Award of Diploma which starts from 06-04-2020.
  Processing Fee 2000/- So students can appear ECET 2020 without any waiting.

For C16S 3 Backlog Exemption

The board provided 3 backlog exemption for all schemes with C16s so the board released a notification that C16S Industrial training will be completed by 17th May 2020 after that studnets can apply.
We already know that supply fee last date is 12th may so, in this view SBTET provided C16S to apply for 3 backlog exemption who have 3 or less than 3 backlogs up to 5th semester, and the condition is the certificate is provided if you pass industrial training and completion of the diploma course.
The students who have paid industrial training fee are eligible to apply

Steps to Apply 3 backlog Certificate Application

1. Visit official website Link @sbtet
2. Enter your Pin Number in the box provided.
3. And Click on the button.
4. Your Details will be shown as following the image.

5. Your info will be available (with backlog subjects include in it).
6. Enter your latest mobile number in the box provided.
7. Choose your option for a Certificate fee as a 1st option certificate (Because 2nd option backlog fee payment option not available yet).
Select Certificate Backlog
8. Then accept terms and conditions by ticking the box provided 
I agree with the above terms and conditions
9. And click on button which opens a new payment page asking debit card, net banking, etc..
10. Enter your payment details and click on the submit button
11. That's it you will get a receipt after paying 2000/- 
12. Click on button and save it for future purposes.

Students doubts and clarification on 3 subjects award program 

•  Is star marks available in the memo

Certificate will be issued by showing the subject as fail. ( Mentioned in instructions)

Is sbtet provides subject as fail in sem memo or overall diploma memo

In overall memo only semster marks are provided so, it is printed in the semester memo

• Is sbtet provide Pass marks

No it shows the subject as fail.

I have only 1 backlog even 2000 rs

Yes you have to pay 2000/- rs even single subject, You know that you pay backlog examination fee 1 subject for 550 or total subjects for 550

• I am C18 can I applicable

No, it is only up to C16S.

• Is it for every year

Present this is the first time introduced by ts sbtet. So, they will inform again if any.
