AICTE Means All India Council of Technical Education which is established in 1945

This council will give instructions to all India national level technical education colleges

Like

1. When to Stat new academic 
2. When to start classes
3. When to Conduct semester examinations
4. and more 

So By AICTE, all state governments will follow rules according to academic calendar guidelines.

This Year AICTE Academic calendar 2021-2022

As per AICTE 

• Counselling First round should be complete by 31st August 2021
• From 15th September 2021 New academic  classes should be started 
• As per the situation, classes will be in Online/Offline
