The state board of technical education and training announced the latest 2023-2024 calendar with clear information regarding college reopen dates, holidays end exam information based on even and odd semesters.

Important Dates - For the Academic year 2024-2025 (As per 11-June-2024) (Tentative Only)
Odd Semesters:(Tentative only)
- Commencement of class work for III & V semester: 12th June 2024
- Commencement of VI semester Industrial Training for I batch: 1st May 2024 to 31st October 2024
- Commencement of class work for I semester: 18th July 2024
- Mid Sem–I for III & V Semesters: 1st, 2nd & 3rd August 2024
- Dasara holidays: 2nd to 13th October 2024
- Mid Sem–II for III & V Semesters: 17th, 18th & 19th September 2024
- Last working day for III & V Semesters: 6th November 2024
- Revision/Practicals: 7th & 8th November 2024
- End Semester Exams for III & V Semesters: 11th November 2024 to 16th November 2024
Even Semesters: (Tentative only)
- Commencement of Class Work for IV & V Semesters: 18th November 2024
- Commencement of VI semester Industrial Training for II batch: 18th November 2024 to 17th May 2025
- Tech Fest (District & State): 2 Days
- IPSGM (District & State): 6 Days
- Mid Sem–I for IV & V Semesters: 20th, 21st & 22nd January 2025
- Mid Sem –II for IV & V Semesters: 28th February 2025, 1st & 3rd March 2025
- Last working day IV & V Semesters: 9th April 2025
- Revision/Practicals: 29th March 2025
- IV & V Semesters End Exams: 15th to 21st April 2025
The tentative academic calendar (1st and 2nd Sem) for the academic year 2024-25 for the first year students is as follows:
I Semester:
- Orientation for I year: 15th July 2024 to 17th July 2024
- Commencement of Class Work: 18th July 2024
- Mid Sem –I: 29th, 30th & 31st August 2024
- Mid Sem – II: 21st, 22nd & 23rd October 2024
- Last working day: 29th November 2024
- End Semester Exams: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th December 2024
II Semester:
- Commencement of Class Work: 9th December 2024
- Tech Fest (Dist & State): 2 days
- IPSGM (Dist & State): 2 days
- Mid Sem –I: 20th, 21st & 22nd January 2025
- Mid Sem –II: 28th February 2025, 1st & 3rd March 2025
- Last working day: 9th April 2025
- End Semester Exams: 15th to 21st April 2025
