What is the Process for RC/RV C18 & C21 April 2024 (Regular) & other schemes
If you are an aspirant who wishes to apply for re-correction and re-verification, please follow the instructions below.
Important Instructions for students
- You cannot apply for revaluation by sending a hard copy of your application by post or in person.
- You must pay the revaluation fee online.
- Once you've paid the fee, you can download a copy of your answer script immediately online.
- When you fill out the revaluation application online, you need to give a correct email address and mobile number so that you can receive updates about your revaluation marks by email or SMS.
- You will not receive a hard copy of your revaluation marks by post or in person.
- The revaluation process follows certain rules to decide whether your marks should be revised.
- You can check the rules at the end of this article.
- If your marks get revised according to the rules, you will get a refund of the revaluation fee and the copy of your answer script (if you applied for it).
- SBTET will refund the revaluation fee amount to your account/card within two months from the release of RV results.

What is the fee structure for re-correction, revaluation, and re-verification in 2024?
- For Downloading of Copy of valued answer scripts (theory Subjects only) - 700/- per Subject
- For Re-valuation (For theory Subjects) - 3500/- per subject.
How to Apply RC/RV step-by-step process?
- First, visit the official website link http://osdes.sbtet.telangana.gov.in/pcrv/
- Choose event Scheme C18/C21
- Next, select the scheme you are applying.
- Then enter your pin number.
- Click on search and apply for Recorrection/Revaluation or Photocopy of the particular paper.
- Finally, after selection pay the fee via the payment gateway.
That's it you can avail of the RC/RV
Rules for RC/RV:
- If the difference between your old marks and RV1 marks is more than ±12% of the maximum marks, your script will be referred for a second revaluation (RV2), otherwise no change will be made.
- If the difference between your old marks and RV1 marks, as well as the difference between your old marks and RV2 marks, is not more than -12% of the maximum marks, no change will be made.
- If the difference between your old marks and RV1 marks, as well as the difference between your old marks and RV2 marks, is more than 12% of the maximum marks, or if the difference between your old marks and RV1 marks is more than 12% of the maximum marks and the difference between your old marks and RV2 marks is not more than -12% of the maximum marks, or if the difference between your old marks and RV1 marks is not more than -12% of the maximum marks and the difference between your old marks and RV2 marks is more than 12% of the maximum marks, the average of RV1 marks and RV2 marks will be considered to decide whether to revise your marks or not.
- If your marks get revised and you pass, your marks will be changed and declared as revised marks. If you fail, your marks will not be changed.
